Tim has been a educator for 36 years and  has worked with technology for handicapped individuals as a consultant for over 26 years and with Visually Impaired students for 18 years. He prepares technology training classes for educators and shares technology expertise through the internet with vision teachers across the state and county. He has participated in the  summer camps for blind and low vision for the past 13 years. Mr. Lockwood has taught a wide variety of academic classes over the years including Science, English, American Literature, Career Education, Art and Music as well as providing the best possible individual adaptive technology adaptations for his students. Mr. Lockwood has presented at many conferences in the areas of vision, technology and special education, and authored several books and journal articles.
